Delengua's participation in Leonardo da Vinci Programme

The Leonardo da Vinci Programme funds practical projects in the field of vocational education and training. Initiatives range from those giving individuals work-related training abroad to large-scale co-operation efforts.

In 2009 Wroclaw University of Economics (Poland) obtained a grant for a mobility project called "International internship for the graduate of the University of Economics," from Leonardo da Vinci: "Lifelong Learning Programme" 2007-2013.

During the period between 18^th October 2009 and 16^th April 2010 a graduate of University of Economics took six month internship as an Administrative Assistant in Delengua. Taking part in the program participant was able to "physically" see and practically introduce herself with tools used in the administration of small businesses. Through an intensive Spanish language study she substantially increased her language skills, especially the professional vocabulary. In connection with the fact that the internship took place abroad, it delivered a positive impact on her openness to new experiences, the courage to take on the challenges and increase her professional mobility.

The total cost of participation (travel, accommodation and meals) covered a grant from the "Lifelong Learning Programme" Leonardo da Vinci.
